Transferring from EAD to H1B from a profit to non profit organization

Dear Saurabh,

I am working for a profit company under EAD and it is valid till DEC 2013. I got another job offer from a university and they started my premium processing for my H1B. I am wondering what will happen if my H1B gets rejected since I have Valid EAD. I have not tell to my profit company because I want H1B receipt in my hand before any move.

If H-1 is denied, you can continue working on EAD until its expiration date.
