Hi,
I am working in company A and applied H1B through company B and it got picked in lottery. Now it is in RFE status. Company B is a small sized company and they are not willing to clear my RFE. So can I transfer my H1B application to company A while its still in RFE.
Also I have got offer from company C and its package is more. So shall I ask company C whether they are willing to transfer my H1B application. Please help me in this.
