Good Morning !!I am working for company A, They Filed my H1B Petition for the year 2018 and the application got picked in lottery and in process now.But i got another offer from company B, which i have always Dream of. So i really want to accept the offer, is there an y complication if accept the offer before October-1(my change of status from F1 - H1B )and can i transfer my H1B to new employer before the change of my status
