To apply for H4, is it required for my wife to have spouse name in passport?

Apologies for asking again if this question is already present in forum.

My H1B is in apporved status, I will soon be applying for H4 visa for my wife, my wife has not yet updated her passport after marriage, Is it required for my wife to have my name in her passport’s “name of spouse” section? Also is it required for her to update my address in her passport’s address section? or will the marriage certificate be sufficient to apply H4?

The marriage certificate will suffice. Note that if the passport has her maiden name, she’ll have to use that for all official purposes in US - drivers license, insurance, flight tickets, etc.
