My H1 got selected in the lottery this year. However they said an RFE has been raised. This happened two months after I got news of selection in lottery. Does it take that long for an RFE to be raised. Some centers are slow in replying I am told. But that slow? almost two months? I am not sure if they have replied to the RFE or not, but it seems like they have. They are not telling me anything for sure. Now how long till I get a reply?
No body can predict processing times correctly now a days. Your best bet is to check that particular center’s processing time on uscis website.
