Hi - An NOIR is received after USCIS site visit, giving 30 days to respond against same.
My query is How much time will it give before you have to leave the country or transfer your H1b to another employer. I am considering USCIS wont revoke visa immediately after 30 days given to respond and will take some time before actually revoking visa.
Also, Can I move to my previous employer with who I worked one year back with an amendment. Old petition is not revoked till now.
