The current job is fraud or not?(emergent)

Hi,

I got a job from SummitWork Technologies Inc as a business a Business Intelligence Developer.They said they will sponsor me h1b. And 55000/yrs, and after finish first project(6 months)they will increase 10%.I just graduated, and don’t know this kind of companies. Does it means if I can’t get a project, I won’t get paid at all. If no project, no paid where is 55k come from?

Should I go to start training?They don’t offer house to live, they give 1500/month instead.

Please answer my question, I am very worried now.

Ask the company for a work description and check to see if fits your qualifications. If not, then this is an email they send to everyone. Hope this helps
