Will it beocme issue for H1B visa

Dont worry, please execute a self attested, notarized affidavit stating your real name(as per the current passport) and its variations saying that “due to the mistakes in my various forms and certificates… I am executing this affidavit.” and carry a copy always with you where ever you think that the name variation may be the issue.
