I have been admitted to a higher education course of 2 years in USA .My passport expires in 2017 june. For applying student visa, I need " a passport expiring 3 months beyond time period of stay". can i be denied getting a student visa? indian passport can be reissued prior to one year before expiration , is there any way getting out of this situatuion?
I do NOT think you would be just denied because of that passport expiration issue. Dont worry about the passport expiration, it should be fine.
