Still i have not received any lottery confirmation for my H1B.

Most of my colluges have received the confirmation number. Only very few of us have not received .Do i have any more chance if getting it ? If so please let me know how long I can wait ?

When i check with the employeer they said so far they have not received the any rejection packets.

Please guide me how to proceed

Everyone should get notified in next few weeks. Although there is no official communication from USCIS, I think this process of notifiying rejected and wait-listed cases can take up to June.
