Guys, Any idea of when they will commence stamping for h1 b visas 2013 in india (chennai)…??? How long will it take for RFE case to approve…??? is there any buffer time given by USCIS for submitting RFE document, if so whats d duration…???
Visa stamping for year 2013 is already started. Normally 90 days is given to submit your requested documents. And the decision time after submission is again 2 to 3 months, depends on case to case.
