Will there be any problem if my stamping is done in gulf country and i want to fly to states from india ? Can any share exact information on how it works ?

I don’t see why it will be an issue. There are people in US who got their visas stamped from Muslim countries. I don’t know what your name is, but if you have a common muslim name then you may be put in administrative processing for background check.
