spouse travelling to US on L2 when L1B to H1B conversion is filed for me

Hi,

My spouse and children have valid L2 VISA till Jun 2014 and now in India. They are planning to come here on Jun 2013. My org has filed me L to H conversion for April and is in the processing stage.

Will they travel to US with L2 on the month of June? Once they reached here, L2 to H4 can be filed?

Yes, they can enter on L-2 and then file for COS from L-2 to H-1.
