Sponsoring parents to visit US after 1 month of arrival

Hi All,

      I am travelling to US in a month's time with my spouse and kid on H1B.After 1month, i want my parents to join me there as my husband will be back to India by then.

Am I eligible to sponsor my parents? How will i show 6months bank statement etc?

Please advise

Yes its possible. I guess you woudnt need financial statements. Only important document for getting your parent’s (B1) Visa is your approved petition. Shouldnt take a long. However would suggest to get interview dates as soon as possible.
