Sponsor visitor visa for parents when on cap gap i20

Hello,

Currently I am on CAP GAP I20. My h1b is approved and it starts from october 1st 2013. I am not sure if I can sponser visa for my parents at this time. Please let me know the documents which I need to send regarding my status. Any help greatly appreciated.

Currently you are on F-1 and your OPT has expired. So I would suggest to wait for your H-1 status to start and then sponsor their visas.
