I got visa in Feb 2011 and stayed in USA from Nov 2011 to Sep 2012. After 1 year and 3 months i transfered my h1b to different employer. How long i can i can stay in USA .is it six years from day i will enter USA because i have reset clock on 1 year ? or will i stay counting six years from Feb 2011?
Only the time spent physically inside US on H-1 is counted towards the 6 year clock.
