I talked to my HR and she said LCA was filed on 21 March 2013. I was assuming after 7 business days, I’ll get LCA and once employer signs it I am ready to send petition. But HR said I should consider 10 days instead of 7 considering posting up time. I could not get detailed calrification but is it total 17 days of waiting before filing petition or she meant total 10 days of waiting that includes 7 days of LCA processing and additional 3 days till posting up is complete? Please help. I am trying to save every single day since I am already late with the process.
