My H1b visa is approved. I have 2 daughters (5 years and 2 years old). If I process dependent visa for my family, will it affect my chances during the consulate interview? Is it advisable to apply for them after my visa is stamped?

You should apply together. It shows a strong family commitment and is looked at positively. You are not crowding the system by all going together, it is making matters easier for the adjudicating officer.
