Should I go for H1b Stamping with Approved Petition and Two Amendment pending?

HiI am on H1b for last few years. Planning a trip for India in Feb 2019, and Visa stamping.

My last 797 was approved in May 2017 with approval till Nov 2019. In 2018 I changed two clients and both those amendments are PENDING. Considering the uscis processing timelines those applications will stay pending for few months. Considering the amendments pending and one approved petition of 2017, will you advise me to go for Visa Stamping in Feb? Does anyone have similar experience?

Well, it is a tricky situation. If you are worked at these new clients locations without amendment being approved, there could be questions around the same and they may ask info on the same. I suggest you discuss with your attorney and then only taken decision on the travel…
