Should i be in a Job working while going for stamping or while petition is getting approved?

Hi

Due to some unavoidable circumstances i had to resign my current job Employer A in India and i am searching for a new one while my H1 petition is in progress via employer B from US. I cannot work for at least 2-3 months as i need to take care of my child. So will this influence H1 petition approval and Stamping approval? Will the Visa Officer ask the questions why iam not working or current month payslips or will it be a negative factor influencing the visa stamping or approval? Please tell me asap as i need to take some decision…

No it doesn’t matter, they probably wont care. If they do just tell them you wanted to take personal time off before traveling.
