Sent app overnight fedex on June 8th. Any chances of including in cap?

Hi , my consultant sent the application on Jun8th by overnight fedex. Are there any chances that my application will be included in cap?

USCIS didnt update the cap count for last week yet ? Any idea when they will update.

Your petition might have reached USCIS on 9th or 11th June. In any case, your petition has a chance to get into the quota if cap count was not reached on 8th June. So you will come to know about it only when USCIS updates the cap count for last week. If the update suggests that cap count has not reached till 8th June, you have a very good chance of getting into the quota.
