My H1B Visa was approved and I got the I797 which was valid till 21 Jan 2017. But, my Visa stamping was rejected after staying in 221G status for close to 8 months.
I wanted to know if a different employer can file for a cap exempt visa using the same I797
Any help would be deeply appreciated.
