Second RFE - H1b 2015

Hi,

My petition got selected in this year’s lottery, The USCIS website says Request for evidence (RFE) has been mailed, this is the second RFE, recently on oct 3rd the first RFE with all the documents was submitted and the status was in RFE review stage. suddenly there is a change in the status.

Is this normal to receive 2nd RFE, Can anyone please let me know the chances of approval.

The petition was filed in Vermont center.

PS: Haven’t seen the second RFE yet, but would be delighted if you can help in this.

It is uncommon but still possible. It typically happens when based upon first RFE’s response USCIS officer needs additional clarification/information.
