If sumbody having C1/D visa and that person stayed in usa for 3 days because his flight got missed. And after 3 days he goes back to his home country. And after few months he want to come usa and work in usa on H1B/ I-140 visa . Does it will create any problem for that person at usa port of entry with immigration ?
