Rfe Response time for premium petition

I have a question,

After my petition selected in Lottery. My employer upgraded my petition to premium and I got an RFE.

I have submitted the rfe docs, and it’s over 10 days.

My question is, if this petition would still be considered premium? as it’s already over 10 days and I am suspecting if I need to do something about it.

USCIS should review the petition within 15 calendar days from the date they receive RFE response.
