RFE response is not reviewed for more then 2 months

Hi , This is vijay. I have received RFE in July end and my employer submitted required documents in Aug first week. Since then my case status is showing as RFE response is received USCIS. Its been more then 75 days still no update on my RFE nd did not get approve status.

I am scaring so much…kindly let me know if anybody have semiler issues with their case status and how long still I can wait

Write a request letter to USCIS for their kind attention on your petition to review your latest RFE.

Hi ,

I have similar issue , my processing center is transferred , they gave RFE in sep and it was submitted in oct , it was updated to received in nov and still it is received .

Did you receive any approval meanwhile
