My employer had received a RFE in the month of August . He metioned that he had sent in the response in October along with Premium upgrate. Upon asking for confirmations if he has received receipt of the same he did not give precise answers.
My Rfe response due date is on the Nov 13th.
Can I ask for proofs from my employer that he has sent in the response for RFE and done the Premium process as well.
he did say that the Premium was sent in and by now the result should have been out ( 2 weeks time has been crossed) but he does not see the money cut from his bank a.c…
Can this happen?
Let me know please … he dfntly is not providing me a proof that he sent it and kind of avoiding the topic and giving excuses at this stage.
