I am working in a consultancy on EVC model. I recently started working at a new client and my employer filed for H1 amendment and extension. My current i94 expires on 09/30/2018.
I got an RFE for specialty occupation and client letter. We were able to get a client letter from the client and my employer is planning to respond to the RFE soon.
What option do I have if my extension is denied? My employer is willing to re-file with the same client and vendor under a different job title but he said that I won’t be able to work until the new petition is approved.
