I have a valid H1B visa till July 2018. I received RFE in April 2017 asking for client letter on the H1B Amendment filed in Dec 2016, now I have completed that project and currently on bench with that employer. I’m looking for a new job. If I get a new job with a new employer, can I file for new H1B transfer when I have RFE pending for old H1B Amendment?

Same scenario with me also ,I discussed with couple of friend they told we can change employer .New employer will file for visa transfer and that will be seperate process there wont be any problem with existing RFE.
But i need response from you as you had already faced same scenrio .Can u please share ur contact details also so we can discuss.
