My H1b visa for fy 2016 is selected in lottery but an RFE was issued.However the project is ending and hence i dont know if i will be able to provide the cleint End letter and the BRM letter.
What are the next steps.Please suggest ASAp
Your employer will have to prove that there is a position for you, whether at a client’s location or an in house location. You can’t do anything at the moment yourself, let the attorneys decide how to handle this.
