Yes, technically, you are eligible for H1 visa basic requirements just with your education itself(no experience required).
But your educational/experience requirements in the LCA (job requirements part) must be satisified in order to get the filed petition to be approved.
In other words, check the LCA and find what is the education and experience requirements for this petition.
If the educational requirements are Bachelors or Masters, you can get your BSc+MCA evaluated to a Masters from USA. Many MCA folks are working in USA on H1 visa.
