I had a valid H1B visa from my previous employer and validity in I797 was from March 2012 to March 2014. I travelled to US in that visa and stayed in US for 1 month. My petition is revoked as I left the employer in 2013. I have below questions:
Can new employer file a new petition with reference to previous H1B visa and will it be cap exempt?
Till what time, I am eligible for cap exempt?
Please help.
