Applied for H1B under cap-exempt quota because of a previously approved petition in PP. Got an RFE saying that my “Passport, stamping & I-94 details were not clear enough”. We have responded to the RFE.
Wanted to know if the USCIS would have already verified all the other documents sent & found them to be correct but for my passport copies not clear. Is there a possibility for me to get another RFE as passport is the most basic information & all the other documents have not yet been verified?
