Resignation on H1B

Hi,

I am working on H1b and employeed with a top IT company. I was working for the same employer in India and based on a project role, they had filed H1 for me and then I traveled to US. It’s being around 20 months working in US and I am now looking forward to move to a different job. Can you please share any challenges during H1 transfer? What are the things to take care of?

No challenges what so ever. You need to look out for a new job from a credible company and they need to file for a H1-B petition in cap exempt. You need to provide last two-three months payslip along with the copy of previous H1-B petition.
