Required information on H1B petition status

Hi,

I have submitted RFE in the month of Oct, 2012. Till 6th Jan, 2013 the status in USCIS site showed as “Request For Evidence”. On 7th Jan, 2012 status got changed to “Denied Decision” . Again after 1 week, the status got changed to “Initial Review” in USCIS site. Does it mean that my H1B petition is again taken up for processing?

It may be that or a technical glitch in their system. Your employer/attorney can contact USCIS to know the exact reason.
