Requested for another set of documents

Hello,

I have submitted the docs for RFE on 22nd Oct and got a reply from USCIS on 8th Nov to send the offer letter which was missing. I have sent the required docs on Nov 9th and processing is in premium mode. What could be the time for approval. As my client is asking to reach US on or before Dec 20th.

If out H1B processed for one client, and we are travelling for different client, What would be the procedure.

Please explain.
