Its been more than 120 Days I have been waiting for my H1B Approval. Any idea how long should I wait??? … Is there any one else on the same bridge waiting for more than 120 Days… Is there any one who could help me out on this.
There is no SLA, unless it is a PP. Your attorney can follow-up w/ USCIS but may not get any meaningful information about this.
