My company has processed my H1B Visa in year 2011. My Visa has expired in Mar 2017 and I am currently in India. In total I stayed for 6 months only in USA. Now I am planning to goto USA on H1B again. Am I eligible to apply for H1B visa without H1B cap in 2018? If yes, is it H1B extension or H1B cap exempt?
