My employer filed application under master cap instead of regular cap , now my case has been picked in lottery. but i dont have US masters degree,
can we treat this as correction and change to regular cap … ? is there any possibility ?
I dont think your employer can change anything now except withdraw and resubmit under regular cap next year.
