my employer field new amendment(status is in process) as I changed my job and location, in this case what my wife should say for the question where is your husband working?, can any one please tell me whether we need to answer old client/location or new client/location.
new clinent/location. If the officer asked for why his work location is showing up as the old address, ask her to reply "He has moved to another location, this is the LCA filed with the amendment) .
And provide her a copy of the new LCA and amendment request application copy as well.
