H1b transferred from emp A to emp B received RFE, Response received to USCIS on Aug 3, 2017.
Client Project will be ending soon due to budget issue.
Can I Find Emp C (which is little difficult bcz transfer initiated 10 month ago) and file one more transfer.
Can Emp B file a Premium(As per their attorney its risky).
How Long I need to wait.
Emp B already file 2 SR.
How to track SR online. they give me SR no but I dont know how to track.
