Regarding Request for evidence

Hi,

I got my RFE on June 14 and it is almost 71 days and the status haven’t changed yet.

I called to my employer and asked about RFE he told it is about client letter and not to worry about the RFE he wil take care

But from 71 days status has not changed.

My question is how long does USCIS take to update RFE response and what are the chances of getting approval?

Hey Karl you can get a confirmation from your company’s attorneys about the date when they actually submitted the application. I have seen the status getting updated from RFE to RFE response review on the same day to 2-3 days.

But never such a long time! I think its high time you get in touch with your employer about the RFE response, since even after submitting the response it will take a while to process it.

Thanks for the reply .My visa status changed from RFE to RFERR on sept 4th. Now waiting for the decisionl!!!
