Thank you for the wonderful service…Please advice on my below posted Queries
1)I am on H4 visa status and applied H1B in the month of sepetember 2011and received RFE in the month of FEB 2012, post which inorder to speed up the process it has been converted to PP and received rejection on May1st2012…will the employer receive any rejection documents?If so what would be time frame to receive documents by the employer as he keeps saying that he did not receive any so far.
2)Now if I apply for any Masters programme will this rejection impacts on F1 status
3)My husband"s employer has filed perm application in the month of May 2012 and so far we are waiting for the status of labour application processing…what is the current time frame for the processing of Labour.
