Regarding Payslip during H1 Visa Interview

Currently, I am working as a S/w Engineer and I am going to resign the job by the end of this month due to some reasons.

Visa interview may be in the month of october for me. So if VO asks for payslips, I can show the payslips till today’s date. So will there be any problem if I show to VO that I’m not working currently?

Please suggest.

PS: I am applying the visa for the first time.

You mean you are not currently in the US and you are quitting your job? Thats not an issue. An experience letter is nice to have though. Just explain if they ask but they should not. Make sure your resume has the correct end date.
