Dear Subhash,
My employer telling me that they will apply for LCA today. It will take max of 7 days to get approval of LCA. Then they will file H1B.
Do we need to apply for LCA now or they might have LCA which is already approved?
Whatever they are telling is correct? Please suggest me.
