I Have a question regarding I-94.
I am a H1B holder and my current I-94 is valid up to May 2020.
Jan 2020, I got a New H1B Extension approval while I was in India and it’s valid up to Nov 2021.Also It’s has a New I-94 Number and it’s valid up to Nov 2021.
I came back to US Feb 2020 and Port of Entry Officer did not updated my new I-94 and they stamped existing I-94 Date which is up to May 2020.
Also, I checked I-94 website and it’s shows up to May 2020.
Now My Question is Still I am Legally eligible to stay up to Nov 2021 as per New H1B Approval?
Or
Is there anyway to update New I-94?
Any recommendations, please suggest,
