Regarding H4 visa

Hi, I am having H1B visa and my wife is having H4 visa.Currently we are in India.We want to apply H4 visa for our new born baby.

Earlier when I was in US then filed amensment for location A and now its approved but before approval filed another amendment for location B and worked their.

Now We need to go to location A only.Can I apply h4 for our baby?

If you will be going to work at A, then you can apply for baby’s H-4 visa. Submit your original petition and A’s amendment petition for this.
