This year my application got picked in lottery. I know that application transfer to load the balance is common, but my application was transferred for the third time now. Is this also a process to load the balance? It was applied at EAC initially, now I am not sure to which center they have transferred. I haven’t checked with my employer on the same. Asking just out of curiosity :).
