I have got my I797C receipt from my present employer on 12th May, 2016.
This query is regarding an Äppointment Letter from my present employer, who filed my H1B.
My previous experience for H1B says that employer should provide “letter of appointment” to the employee (myself) for reference purpose. As I am selected in lottery but haven’t received any document from the Employer.
Please clarify. Also let me know legal/official document for which employer is bound to provide to an employee during the entire process of H1B Application.
What is the next process after I797C ?
