Regarding h1b approved petition.

Hi Saurabh,

Iam on L1b with company A and i have H1B approved petition with company B valid from Oct1 2007 to Sep27 2010. Right now iam in USA .Now company C want to apply COS.

I have never used that H1B .And i heard like once H1B is approved we use it with in 6 years is it true?

My questions:

  1. Is it possible to apply COS with company C using that above petition ?

2.What are all the possible ways to use that approved petition?

C will have to file cap-exempt petition for you along w/ COS. Once COS gets approved, you can start working for C.
